inspector was two hours late to the inspection (apparently he’s new).. also funny given the name, reported that sprinkler system wasn’t working and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Contacted seller and turns out the inspector reset the whole schedule and showed us proof that it was indeed working fine. Also showed us that there was hot water in the bathroom found that strange as well. The reason I’m giving it two stars is mostly the customer service provided by their receptionist/idk her job title Sarah (I believe that was her name) instead of listening to me, she just kept talking over me saying “this has never happened before” as if that’s the point? She then calls me back to tell me the inspector refuses to update the inspection report .. which further proves my point that she does not listen. Never interacted with Milad at all, however Sarah should really brush up on her customer service skills. It’s not what you say but how you say it.
