Very bad experience. This company is incapable of keeping deadlines and basically lied to our builder on the status of the job. We learned after a month with only a few days before closing they had not done the template and it would be 3-4 weeks for install. After I stated that I would use another company and suggested this office get it together, the owner got in my face, threatened me and insulted me. In shock, all I could do was laugh and walk away, thankful that I did not use this company.
