  Disgusting place to live! It's full of Black Mold, elevators are always out of order (sometimes none working at the same time). The manager refuses to talk to residents. Constant special assessments that seem to disappear. The hallways are "filthy"! Constant water shut downs and A/C shut downs. In plain wordsit's a nightmare!

  Great location walking distance from famous Aventura mall, cinema, shops, Macy's, food court etcLots of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and close to Whole food, Target, Best buy shopping center.
