  Don't bother looking anywhere else. Not only are they good at what they do they educate you along the way. We dealt with companies out there trying to up sell and provide you with services that you do not need. New Era does not do that. They will make sure you get the service that you actually need. Their products are safe the their service is top notch.

  Friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. Great prices!
  Other larger, national "name that will not be mentioned" pest control company could not solve our ant problem, requring multiple applications, while New Era found the source and resolved immediately. Three years later, still no ants.

  I've been using New Era for a few years as I choose to have natural products instead of toxic chemicals than can affect my animals over time. I've used them for regular preventive service and twice for tick infestations and their services always work great. In addition, their crew is nice, on time and courteous, a plus in this town. Will keep using them.

  I had a great experience with this company. I had an ant problem in my house. Called them and they gave me a quote and sent the technician out on the same day. The technician Kevin arrived on time, was professional and efficient. I got charged after the service and there were no hidden costs or fees. He even refused to take a tip. They told me they would come back for free within 30 days if the problem was not taken care of but I did not see an ant again! I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again.

  New Era pest control has handled our ghost ant and carpenter ant problem. Every time I call for a service I receive knowledgeable and personalized service and information. The best part is knowing I am dealing with our pest issues responsibly. I feel confident and satisfied that I chose to handle these issues without putting my children and dog in danger.   I have been a homeowner in Miami for five years and Monty and his team are literally the best. His service team is friendly, knowledgeable and extra detailed.   These environmentally friendly and non-toxic treatments have been completely effective. I have two small children at home and it was very important to me to avoid the use of harmful pesticides. Monty has been very reliable and helpful, going above and beyond to get me help with other kinds of pests that he does not deal with, such as bees and white flies, as well as giving great advice when I had a flea outbreak. I recommend this service enthusiastically.

  I have been with Nee Era for 3 years now. First, I love the fact that they never try to force their customers to be in a long-term contract. If we want to do monthly, we would to it monthly. Unfortunately, our budget is limited. Second, their staff are just extremely professional, the moment they pick up the phone, you feel very informed. Voice of tone is an a plus. Last year, we had some issues with roaches. After the service, roaches didn't go away in the kitchen area. We called them again, as a customer satisfaction guarantee, they sent someone to come back and did it again. My husband and I were extremely with their reasonable price as well as their professionalism. Not to mention, the one thing that makes them different from all other companies, using natural product. Thank you, New Era!!! 👍😎

  I found New Era after searching for a more natural pest control alternative. Sure I hate roaches as much as the next gal but I don't want to poison my family or our bees in the process of keeping silver fish out of my books.
  I have been so happy with the service. They are always on time. All their employees are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. And they do a good job of keeping the pests away!
  I'm on a monthly plan with them and it's make the maintenance part of pest control a breeze. I highly recommend them!
