They wanna charge you if you leave trash behind , yet when someone does they don’t even clean it up. Rent is reasonable. But the management is obviously obviously very lazy and must live a sloppy life themselves. Hopefully this review makes someone stand up in this company and demand a cleaner facility- the restrooms are disgusting and it’s Friday - the office was open they just blatantly didn’t want to clean or replenish the toilet paper somewhat comical. The place is extremely dusty as well

Very friendly staff would be a 4/5 star except for one major issue. After signing up for 4 months, I was charged for 5 months; although I was annoyed, I work with customers and monthly payments in my job, and I know mistakes happen. After being told I would be refunded 84.73 within the week, I thanked the employees for their help and continued to pack the unit. After 2 months, I still have not been reimbursed for the mistake. I’m not sure if it is the employees' mistake or someone from a corporate office, but either way, I hope this review will finally help me get my refund processed.

They are very friendly and understandable. Even, work with your financial ability to put you in an unit that will work for you and able to keep. Patient and take the time to let you see and pick units. Very pleased with the customer service and cleanliness of facility.

Worst experience ever! I have been buying storage units at auction for 10+ years and NEVER have I dealt with such a dishonest bunch of people. They entered my unit that I paid for, and totally ransacked it and took whatever they wanted, you can see the difference in the picture of what I paid for, and of what it looked like when I arrived, other units also had their locks removed and tamper Tags cut , and left that way so they could come and go into their units as they please. No compensation or remorse given, management was clearly involved in the thievery. Do Not Store anything you value here.

If I could of gave negative stars I would. This place is nice manager is nice but her assistant girl works one day a week is awful I was 9 days late on my payment and she caused huge scene about me taking my things out my unit. My unit was in two people's name and this girl talked to me and my mother like we was common street trash. I won't have that ever!$42 was owed and she acting like I'm some street vagrant. I want corporate number to help this office train there staff better and I will be paying that bill and getting my things away from this place id recommend Keeping your treasures in a dumpster be safer than with this girl Janiene please stay clear of her it's not safe!
