  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent customer service. I've been shopping at Vollbracht Furs store for many years and my experience is always great and pleasant.
  Mark has a very good sense of style and I would highly recommend the store to anyone who is looking for beautiful unique coats, jackets and accessories.

  Recently my mom, daughter and myself went to Vollbracht Furs just to purchase a replacement travel bag for my coat. During are visit my daughter tried on several jackets. She was conflicted on choosing the most functional jacket. Sales Associate Yelena very knowledgeable and fashion forward. She tried on are choices enabling us to look at them from a different prospective. Simply things like collar up/ collar tucked, clasp coat in the center. Little things like that helped tremendously. Because they deal with one of a kind item the sleeeve where a little short. So Mark Ayzman was then recruited for sizing. He agreed the sleeves needed attention. His solution was to add a cuff which enhanced the jacket even more
  Thinking outside of the box. That’s appealing to me as a consumer. Yes I will return and recommend.
