  Made a reservation online. Showed up and she said that they were understaffed and couldn't help me. When I asked about my reservation she said they were sold out(very clearly not sold out) and couldn't help me. I explained that I made a reservation about a week before that and if they could not honor it why they didn't call. She was on the phone the whole time. And just said that they were understaffed. I was really screwed. I clearly didn't have time to make a new reservation elsewhere and had to cut my day short.

  I rented a travel scooter for my 9 day stay in LA/Anaheim. I had no issues with the scooter and it was at the hotel when we arrived. I had a change in lodging and the company was flexible and extremely accommodating. The rates were reasonable and service was great! I will use them again.

  We used this company for my father who comes to town two to three times a year. They drop the scooter off at our address on the day before arrival and pick it up the day after departure. We had an issue with the scooter and we called and they called straight back and worked out a replacement at our address within 24 hours. Great service, will be using them on an on going basis. Thanks.

  We were on a school trip to LA and hired a scooter for a physically disabled student. It was delivered to our hotel on arrival and picked up on departure with no fuss. We were so pleased with the scooter. It made the stay much more enjoyable for my student. The scooter was a great size and easy to use. The service was excellent and we highly recommend One Stop Mobility to future customers.

  Highly recommend, affordable, & reliable. Got a 5 day rental for $258. They delivered the transportable to our Disneyland hotel & picked it up at our Universal Studio hotel with no hassle. Customer service representatives Eric & Justine were great & very knowledgeable. Everything was done via email for necessary paperwork & signatures. The 24hr customer service number didn't work all the time, so it's best to call the office during regular business hours. Luckily, we had no problems though. I never give anyone 5 stars bcuz I feel there's always room for improvement. We will definitely use this company in the future, if need be.
