  Randy was so amazing! Professional and knowledgeable, he helped me with all my questions. The service was same day and their porta-cool saved me and my children from a miserable night. Can't believe they're able to install the NEXT day! Very thorough and helpful. Will be coming back and telling everyone!!

  I am so impressed with this company! They were prompt with next day delivery and I cannot praise Nate and John more for how friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they were.   AC failed Thursday and they understood the urgency of my need. They were able to fix my issue quickly and also ensured I was treated as a priority customer, even though I was a first time customer. I highly recommend and would use Egberts again. My service technician, Christian was excellent.

  This was our second experience with Egbert's, and once again the service was fantastic. Joel and Gabriel came out to install our new AC system. They were done in 5 hours and left our home clean and cool! I will say that their pricing seems a bit high, but my confidence that they will stand behind their work, their attention to detail, and competent technicians are worth the piece of mind. Austin explained everything about the issues with our old system, and what issues we would face with an undersized unit. He was informative and even came out late in the evening to ensure that they could order our new into and have it delivered and installed the next day. Egbert's is a great company and has definitely earned our business for years to come.

  They were very responsive and extremely quick to respond to my AC issue. I called and they were here within the hour late on the weekday. Other companies were a week out.

  Yesterday afternoon I realized that it did not have A/C. I immediately did my google search and came across this company called Egberts. I contacted them and explained my situation and in just 30 minutes to 1 hour they were in front of my house. In those moments the weather did not help much since it was raining very hard with everything and that came super fast. The next day I already had all my new equipment installed and with my 10-year warranty.
