  I would give no stars and I hate that I have to give them any at all. This store is a ripoff, conniving, scheming business. I would recommend you to not waste your money, better yet, don't waste your time. All you will get from this is a headache. Just don't do it to yourself. The price is cheap, but you will get exactly what you pay for.

  Nothing short of AMAZING! I emailed for a quote request and received a response the next day. Dario is on top of his game! I sent them my shirts, he email when he received them, and then emailed me the tracking number. From start to finish it took ONLY a week (I was expecting 2 weeks) after receiving my quote!
  I'm growing my business so it's great to know that they take small and large orders. This will not be my last order. Thank you One Greek Store for your service and support for small business.

  I have been ordering from One Greek Store since I was in college (crossed Spring '06). Lol, yikes giving away my age. I am always impressed by the customer service and quality of their work. I've ordered in person, at the store, via email, on the website and no matter which way I do, they always get my orders right and keep me continuously updated throughout the production process.
  
  Most recently (November 2016), I ordered some crossing gear and just as I was happy with their work and service 10 years ago, I was beyond pleased now.
  
  The manager, Sheena, was extremely helpful and prompt in answering any questions.
  
  You can either have your items shipped or picked up at the warehouse.
  
  My advice is just don't wait too close to Probate season as they get REALLY busy.

  Literally the worst ordering and customer service I have ever experienced. They have the worst website I have ever seen. When you go to place your order it asks you what type of shipping you want and then asks you to pick a date for it to be delivered. However, what it doesn't mention is that they charge you outrageous rush order fees if you don't pick the right date and there is no warning or guide anywhere. I had to cancel my order which I did not even 24 hours after I placed the order. When I called the rudest person answered the phone then told me to email someone. That person was also very rude in the email but said the order would be canceled and the funds returned in 10 business days. However, that was on November 10th and I still have no refund. I have tried emailing them several times and nobody will respond to me. I will not have to waste an unnecessary amount of time disputing it with my bank and reporting them to every agency I can think of. I am no unimpressed and angry with this pathetic excuse for a company.

  I can tell most of the reviews on this page are made up and probably done by the One Greek Store themselves. This is a terrible greek apparel website. Avoid them at all cost. I ordered something almost a month ago and haven't received any form of tracking information or notice when it is being delivered. I needed it by a certain date and DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. They don't answer my emails. And when I try to check my order status through their website, the link is broken. I can honestly say I will NEVER buy from this website ever again.
