I recently was in town for the holidays to spend time with family. Like most people I work remote and rely on my technology for work. I had some issues that I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get fixed in time. I’m not someone who is tech savy.

I was recommended to Omega computers by a friend and was extremely happy with their services.

They were professional and easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of me. I was able to get my work done with in my allotted timeline.

I am a Spectrum subscriber who runs a practice from his home office in La Quinta. My internet went out and I was unable to conduct business. Spectrum tech support could not/ would not send a person out for five days. I called my friends to get a referral and they told me about Omega Computer Consulting. The owner, a very nice and capable young man, moved around appointments to help me more quickly. He spent 3 hours diagnosing the problem, buying equipment, installing the equipment, interacted with Spectrum, installed a better WiFi network, and got me up and running. I have since extolled him to my friends.

Robb is very knowledgeable about computers. He works quickly and effectively. I would use him in the future, anytime, I had a computer problem. I was very satisfied with his work.
