BEWARE! SEAN SEWARD is the worst. I called to inquire about a property for sale. Sean was very unprofessional and seemed irritated with my questions. I was prepared to pay cash for the property but because of his behavior and they way he treated me, I will be taking my money somewhere else. Do not list your property with him, he does not have the seller's best interest at heart.

Sean Seward is a jerk. Called to inquire about a property. He said “I can’t tell you anything.” I was quite surprised at this response. I asked: “So okay how do I get some information, who do I contact?” And was told: “I don’t know. I don’t know anything about it. We just want to sell it.”

Well Sean, way to sell! Great job making a future customer and cultivating a good reputation for Keller Williams as a company.

Little known to Sean, I was actually interested in 3 properties and if I can still procure this one lot without him making a cent, I’ll do so immediately. Otherwise, I’ll be sure not to attempt business with him or KW in the future.

Liz Kooymans was very helpful and knowledgeable from the get go. After my first phone call with her, I knew she was the right agent to go with. She is very detailed, thorough, and good in communication. She answered all our questions and much more, and went out of her way to explain things clearly. Tina and Dane Renta have been our agent since we started looking to buy our first house in Sarasota. They are above all expectations of great. There customer service skills are so very personable.
