  Have always loved Oleson's. The meat is fresh, there is a choice of freshly made sushi that taste wonderful, and the donuts are awesome.

  Hometown grocery feel with all the modern conveniences. Helpful staff will assist you finding what you are after.as long as they have it in the store. ;-)

  Original type of small family grocery store. Good service. Store is clean and well lit. You will pay more for groceries here than one of the big chain stores. Just how the economy of scale works I guess. The Oleson family has done a lot for Traverse City over the years so we shop there when we can. Glad they are still in the town after all these years.

  A Traverse City standard for decades. Excellent deli, meat department, fresh vegetables, fruits. I have never had to take a item back plus they have community rewards programs for decades as well.

  Way over priced no wonder they keep selling off their Buffalo ranch. Was excited to pick up some Buffalo burger but when I seen the price I knew why it was in the freezer. It is not easy moving product at high prices.

  I love being able to get in and out quicker. They may not have millions of SKUs, but they don't have throngs of people either.
  
  They DO have good prices, good selection, and plenty of staff that's not only helpful, but pleasant. Their new layouts (especially produce and beverages) are great.

  Staff make this place shine. Always a pleasure at Oleson's. Often better quality veggies than nearby competitors, including meijer.
