  If I could give you a minus one I would. I overheard a very loud scolding a few months back between whom I believe was the owner and one of the employees that was horribly abusive. The language used to correct this employee for a mistake was so bad it couldn't be put in an X Rated movie. I left before anyone even saw me. Had I taken the time then to look up their website I would have posted this then. This place has a bad reputation because when I mentioned it to a few of my friends they said that the owners often treat their employees that way and have a hard time keeping anyone. I'm very sad for anyone working there if this is a common occurence. If the economy was better and there were more jobs in TC I'm sure they would leave. Why aren't employees reporting this to the EEOC? Pray for people in authority that they treat others as they would like to be treated. I hope this changes someone's heart.

  A while back I posted the review below, giving Kwik Print 1 star. Since posting that review I received a message from the gentleman who printed my items. He was genuinely apologetic and I respect that he took the initiative to make things right with me. My second experience at Kwik Print was great. I plan to return for my printing needs.
  
  "I've only been there once, but it was not a very good first impression. The guy who "helped" me was rude and demeaning when I questioned why the price was different than expected. I wasn't upset, just curious about the price gap. He then tells me "you clearly weren't listening" and explains that there was a fee for him to print my items. Mind you, he steered me away from doing it myself because the machines, as he put it "are difficult". He then continues to tell me that he's really good at his job and that the small fee is worth it. I had a few files on a hard drive, all he did was press print. What skill is there in that?! Needless to say I left frustrated and will definitely think twice before returning."
