Here at Off-Grid Michigan we get all our materials for installs from Honor. We love this place, the people are always friendly and helpful. We love the support we get in the store and yard, deliveries are only $15 and always on time! All we can say is: A+++++++++++++ 5 star all round

Im passing this review on from my father who called this past week. Extremely rude customer service by I believe his name is "trent". My father is no expert so he asked questions and was mocked over the phone. Asked about a type of wood he wasn't sure was, and the employees reply was that it was a tree. His reply was not in a funny or joking/friendly tone either. Acted as if my father was bothering him and he didnt care to help.Completely unnacceptable.

Plain ole poor service and little concern for me as a customer. Ordered some replace sashes for my windows. Wanted white. Came in wood. They replaced while I was out of town. Discussed with sales rep. His reply "What do you want me to do about it?". Overall reaction was like, "Gee, golly wiz. I thought you wanted wood. Guess you'll need to pull them out and spend 10 hours painting them.". Little or no concern about trying to do anything to satisfy the customer. Rep also took the window sashes he replaced. Never asked me. Didn't give me a receipt either.
