Love this place. Nice place to walk around. Some nice stores and a really good restaurant, the Lafayette House.
Today they had a farmers market and garlic festival. Great turnout. The new owners are trying to make this work in today's tough times. The whole place has been refreshed and is appealing. It seems they are still having trouble getting permanent tenants.
I love the maiden form store here. A bit over priced but great selections
Nice to see some life coming back to the area. Went shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding and was surprised by a little farmers market being held. A two-fer in my book. 🙂😃
It was a little hot to be walking around in the direct sunlight today. As far as the farmers market was, the maple syrup stand was great, the jersey pickle place was there, some good italian food to go, a place for fresh mushrooms and some honey. Not too much in the way of fresh produce except for the 1 stand but everything did seem fresh. Considering the state of the pandemic currently going on, everyone was spaced nicely and ALL were wearing masks.
Nice shopping center, currently under some renovation, but great place to check out.
Cute and quaint shopping village with the highlight being a wonderful restaurant, The Lafayette House.
Used to be a great place. Maybe the new developer can bring new life to the Village.
Loved the shops and the small pond, etc. The whole feel of the place was warm and inviting, but the last I saw, it was closed. Broke my heart! I used to bring our family pets there for a walk, they loved it too!
Updating, always love the village. Excellent sales and serbices
Everyone is so nice. Been going there for years
I only rated this 3 stars because they were just recently purchased by a new developer who is making big improvements on the property. It was once a charming place to shop but because of neglect and poor management it steadily declined into just 3 stores, Bass,Vanheusen, and Maidenform. There's three kept out going for a few years. More the new owner is rebuilding and working on bring new life to the property. Good things are happening there and I'm show it will continue.
Looks like it's going to be a beautiful place to shop when the finish construction.
This place has had a lot of stores close in the last few years, but is still holding thanks to Bass outlet and Lafayette house. Its quiet and easy to get to and is still worth a stop. Everyone is still hoping the new owners can bring it back.
This review is for there buffet brunch they offer. Place is great but only giving it 4 stars at it's a little expensive. I would love to come here more often but not for the price. Food is great, it's one of the only "American" food buffet that I know of that's around this area. It's hard to find an all you can eat buffet that's not Chinese food.
Don't judge this place by the outsideI did and boy was I wrong. The atmosphere is great and the food was great!!! Have a dining area and a Tavern down below which was comfortable and lively.
The village is mostly dead with the exception of a restaurant. Restaurant was good but not very crowded. I'm guessing due to the death of the surrounding area.
This place which used to be a respectable luxury shopping center with a glorious restaurant and boutiques has been hit with an economic bomb. Who knows what's going on here?
Haven't been here in a long while, but last time most of the stores were closed. Which is a shame because it is such a beautiful set up.
