They provide great quality of work. Could not be happier with their services and the care they take in my clothes. All of my orders were ready on time and exactly when I needed them. Incredible customer service and an even harder working staff.

Poor customer service. I was supposed to be contacted when the cleaning was complete and was not. It forced me to have to purchase a new suit to use for the weekend. When approached about it, all Sara could do is apologize but gave no discount or invitation to change my experience next time. Customer service is the only thing that makes dry cleaners stand out because essentially they all do the same thing.

I want to give no stars, but had to give one in order for comments to post. They damaged a two-piece suit, and initially ignored the issue. Sarah the Manager then denied any responsibility, saying the damage happened because of the composition of the material (had Rayon in it). She was rude and disrespectful, and even had the gall to insinuate her less than eager response stemmed from the fact that I wasn't a "regular" customer, and only came in infrequently. When I said I wanted to speak to owner Rob Whitmeyer I didn't hear from him, and then learned the suit was "sent off" to someone else for "analysis" without authorization. Mr. Whitmeyer eventually left a phone message (with no return number) saying they were "seeing what they could do about it," and would "get back with me." It has now been over a month since the incident occurred with no resolution in sight. I don't normally write bad reviews, but in this instance I am compelled to say INCREDIBLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by the manager and owner. You have lost my business, and I will share the details of my negative experience with anyone who will listen, due to your appalling lack of response.
