This is by far the best most caring veterinary practice I have ever dealt with! Dr Martinez is a brilliant, caring, compassionate vet & human being. He is happy to answer any questions you may have about your pet, he gives you straight answers & advice about the health of your pet. In cases of pets with serious illnesses, he calls the next day to check on your pet - even on Sundays! The facility is modern, perfectly clean & efficiently run by the office manager Virgina, Dr Martinez's wife. Before finding this practice I had taken my pets to another practice for 18 years, trying a few others along the way, but always returning to the same practice. Now that I've found Old Towne Veterinary Clinic you couldn't pay me to take my beloved family members anywhere else!!!

Some of the most friendly and knowledgeable staff you'll meet.
Prices are low and convenient hours
I loved the family business environment and the love and care they have for our pets.

I've checked out other vet clinics in the area, and so far nothing has compared to this place! Very reasonable pricing and the staff is incredibly friendly and thorough. Before I even scheduled the appointment, Dr. Martinez spoke to me on the phone for 20 minutes about my cat's health issues. The service was excellent and I actually felt like the staff cared about my pet. I'm sticking with Old Towne!

There is a reason why this vet clinic has such great reviews. On a Saturday morning this was the only clinic that made some space in the schedule to bring my dog in. Dr. Martinez was amazing with my 5 month old lab. Even though he had a full schedule he manage to give us time and treat my dog for a bad ear infection. A couple of days later he called himself to check and see how Kylo was doing. I would not hesitate to bring my pet to this clinic. Also the receptionist was very nice and professional.

I am very particular when it comes to vets and I have to say that this family owned vet is a hidden gem far better than any corporate chain vet that I have been to. It was introduced by a close friend of mine who had worked with this doctor for a long time. I brought my dog there for a full checkup. Dr Martinez was awesome and very professional. Didn't push for anything unnecessary and provided all the advice to keeping my pup in good health. You will not be disappointed with the experience and the place!!!

We've been taking our dog, Koda, to Dr. Martinez for the past month. Prior to this, trips to other vets had been challenging to say the least when an unenthusiastic 100lb german shepherd who hates vet visits would make things very difficult for everyone. Dr. Martinez and his wife Virginia have been wonderful in treating Koda. Their patient and caring approach has won him over and it is such a relief to have a competent and approachable vet treating your sick pup. Dr. Martinez is very thorough and takes the time to properly explain his diagnosis and lay out a treatment plan. The clinic is conveniently located right in Old Town Manassas and is very clean and well kept. Their fees are very reasonable, and the level of service is outstanding. We are so glad to have found this veterinary clinic and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great practice.

I've spent a good amount of time looking for a new Vet in the area for my pups. This place is amazing! The staff is sweet and kind, they don't over charge, and they kept me updated via text and picture of my boy during his "fixing" procedure. Really glad to have Dr. Sam, Virginia and their staff in town now! Definitely worth bringing your fur babies to see them, they also spoil the animals as if they are their own. Just so happy with them and thrilled with the service!!!!!! THANK YOU OLD TOWNE VET!
