Love them! They took amazing care of our senior Kitty and even helped us set up a payment plan when it got too pricy. Our kitty is very scared of strangers but warmed right up to her vet and techs. It was really obvious how much they cared about our pet. Will not go anywhere else for care.
Worst customer service ever. Ignored when first arrived, then after I expressed my concern about my seizing dog was told I could get him seen two hours later. You apparently don’t care for animals.
Everyone here is amazing! My dog has had some really bad vet experiences in the past and he's pretty anxious on top of that. Our first time coming to Friendship Animal Hospital they were incredibly patient and kind with him. I recommend them to anyone new to the area!
This Is the best vet I have ever been to! They are super nice and answer any questions I have. I have called a couple times to ask questions about my princesses of a kitty's odd behavior and they have always been super helpful even calling the next day to give me websites to look at for more information. I can't recommend them enough and will tell EVERYONE I know to use them.
Caring and compassionate. Always returned calls about my cat's health and made her feel safe. Thanks Dr. Courtney!
About two weeks ago I took my rescued premature puppy Bory in for Vet consult due to the puppy showing symptoms of broken left foot. The puppy jumped and landed from 4 ft high counter on its left foot specifically on it's humerus and scapilla. I have visited friend ship hospital for my cat's ordinary check up ever since 2015. After asking all my friends and mentor I tried friend ship hospital for animals to have vet consultant and radiograph scan on it's leg (x-ray).
Before the exam I have informed the clinic staff that I rescued the puppy from being abandoned and dying in a ranch out in city limit area and I was in a tight budget since I'm still a student. On the phone the receptionist informed me that there will be briefly around $150-175 to diagnose the problem , price of vet consult was around $50-60 and the X-ray will cost $110-120.
After Dr.Higgins looked at the puppy and took X-ray on Bory, she informed me the dog had no sign of broken bones and no fracture shown through the x ray but she also said since Bory was premature and so tiny it was very hard for her to tell why Bory was limping. Then she gave me recommendation of getting medicine for Bory's pain for his left foot and medicine for deworming and other medicine that she recommends. Which I considered highly to take since I thought it was needed for Bory over her recommendation. Before we spoke about the prices I asked the medical staff if she could talk to the management to help me on the cost of Bory's exam , she came back informing me that there is nothing they can do except to give me a pamphlet of third party organization that covers exam cost for 0% interest and told me to apply for their help.
Afterwards I was given medical treatment plan sheet and the estimate came out around $493.06.
I had to bargain with a receptionist and the medical staff to cut out the medicine for Bory due to the treatment plan out standing out of my budget.
I regret my decision for not taking Bory to a clinic that specialize in orthopedics for dogs then I would of not spent $250 to have this puppy diagnosed.
Now I'm writing this review because it has been two weeks and the puppy is still limping on its left foot.
I will never go back to this clinic after all I can say this clinic only cared animals for money only.
We love Dr Courtney, she truly loves animals. The office even had toys for my toddlers to entertain themselves while we waited. They have very competitive priced monthly Care Plans that helped me save slot of money towards my dogs checkup.
This place is an enormous disappointment and the staff seems disingenuous. I have a dog that unfortunately has gotten into a number of accidents. During these times, when I've called a vet, unless they were closed, they stayed around to see that the dog was cared for. Not this clinic. At 2:35pm, our dog sitter called and said they would not see our dog, who had a laceration, because they were closing in 30 minutes. Are you kidding me? Surprise, surprise, they referred to an urgent care, which of course is about 50% higher in cost. Believe me, I will be checking to see if the parties involved have any connection. Another time, they suggested getting a number of blood panels done that really weren't all that necessary, but were quite costly (the price was all disclosed after the fact). I will be removing my dogs records and moving them to a different vet ASAP.
They provide the best care for your pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and vet techs are amazing here. When I brought in my very ill cat, the vet wrote us a card a week later hoping he was doing better. When he passed away, the vet wrote us another hand written letter of her sympathies. We are talking about 2 sentences. It was a paragraph. The kindest and most caring veterinary hospital I know.
We have two dogs that we have been taking to friendship since we brought them home. Our youngest one Oli had to have an oral surgery. She received care from Dr. Cortney and her team. I can tell that these people care a lot and give individualized attention to each animal. Dr. cortney was also more than accommodating when it came to helping me be able to afford the surgery. I will never take my dogs anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly, timely, and caring. In the 5 years that we have been regularly visiting friendship, I have never once had a bad experience or not trusted one of the staff members. I want the best for my pets and Dr. Cortney and the staff went so far above and beyond.
We brought our super fearful, 1yo cat to see Dr. Cortney and nurse Lara. They blew us away. Everything was done calmly, from the way they entered the room, to the tone of voice they used, to the way they physically handled our cat. The clinic was incredibly quiet and clean, and the doctor took our concerns seriously and gave us a lot of helpful information. Our cat's emotional well-being was obviously their main priority during the visit, which was really important for us. If you have a pet who is sometimes fearful or aggressive, this is definitely the place for you. I was so nervous for our cat's first appointment at a new vet, but the whole experience blew my expectations out of the water. I'll bring my pets here to see Dr. Cortney as long as I live in foco! Thanks a bunch!
This place was AMAZING! If i could i would give them 10 stars! Doctor Cortney went above and beyond any vet experience I have ever had, she set on the floor with my dog and made her feel safe which is a big deal for me since my dog has massive anxiety issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and was willing to answer any question I had, they explained everything and gave me many options to make my dog as healthy as she could be. I highly, highly, highly recommend Friendship Hospital for Animals.
Extremely nice staff. Dr Courtney is great! She is so good with my pets and she is ok with raw feeding, as long as it's done right.
Since moving to Colorado I was looking for a great place to bring my dog for health careand this place is perfect. After seeing the great reviews I decided to give Friendship Hospital a try. I was not disappointed. Super friendly staff and Dr Lanning was beyond great with my dog and he got a full detail check up. My dog means the world to me and I feel so happy I found a great place that will take good care of my best friend. Beyond 5 stars for me.
