I have been a client at the practice since May 2015 and have been thoroughly impressed by the clinical care and professionalism of Dr. Kuhn and the other clinic staff. They are excellent at getting my pets worked in for acute issues as well as for routine care and boarding.

Just a few of the reasons I would recommend them. . .
1) They love both dogs AND cats (some clinics seem to favor the dogs more)
2) The vet techs and front desk are personable and get to know your animals well. I always feel comfortable letting my animals board there.
3) Great diagnostic skills -- they found two very small cataracts on my young cat and promptly got her referred to the ophthomalogist. The ophthomalogist was very impressed that they caught them as he felt most vets might have missed it on exam.
4) They were extremely kind and supportive when it was that "time" for one of my pets. They truly did all they could to help give my pet a "good life" as well as a "good death."
5) I have never experienced any pressure to purchase unnecessary products or unnecessary testing. Dr. Kuhn and his staff are very clear about risks and benefits of various testing as well as the cost of the testing and products.

The ladies at the front desk were so nice. They checked for a chip in the dog we found. And gave us water and a leash for the dog. They have our number and will call us if some one is missing their dog. We recommend it so much

Took our dog in for a physical, they said she was fine. DIRECTLY after the visit she wouldn't eat and barely drank. We took her back to the same vet and they said she was congested and that she needed to take a pill twice a day. So we did exactly that and she ended up getting worse. We had to put her down. Overall the WORST establishment I've been to. Many more insidences have happened here, including the awful employees. Would NEVER recommend.

I can't thank everyone enough at Bay Animal Clinic for taking Great care of our 4 legged children, Zoe and Sasha. Dr. Kuhn is always so thorough and caring, we think he's the BEST vet in town and his staff is always so loving and helpful with our dogs. Wouldn't take them anywhere else but Bay Animal Clinic!

We are so glad that we found Bay Animal Clinic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kuhn is the best vet we've ever had. He takes such good care of our dog, Phoebe, and always makes sure to answer all our many questions. He is very thorough and goes the extra mile for our pet. The hours of the practice are convenient as is the ability to order supplies and medication from the clinic website. We can't recommend Dr. Kuhn and Bay Animal Clinic enough!

The staff at Bay Animal Clinic is friendly and caring. When leaving my dog for an overnight stay she is always excited to see her friends there and happy/healthy when I pick her up. Dr. Kuhn has been very thorough and kind, even calling after an appointment/new meds to make sure Bella was getting better. Highly recommend Bay Animal Clinic for a top quality, professional clinic to care for all of your pets.

All around disappointment. The ladies at the front desk looked like they hated their job. We got sat in a room and was greeted not too long by a vet tech. Was immediately trying to sell us stuff over and over again. She took my dog out of the room for a couple test and I could hear my dog breathing heavily and the vet tech screaming stop in a very mean voice. I understand with dogs you have to be assertive but she was past that. She brought my dog back in the room with poop all over her and didn't offer a towel or anything to help clean her. At that point I was done. Atlast we meet the vet. Who was also playing salesman and just kept trying to talk us into buying stuff over and over again. Will definitely not be bringing my pets back here.

I have been using Bay Animal Clinic for years. Even before Dr. Kuhn purchased the clinic. I've never had any issues what so ever prior or after the purchase. Since Dr. Kuhn's purchase he has been nothing but helpful, reasonable in the care of aging animals and knowledgeable. He is very easy to speak with since you can tell he sincerely cares about your pet. His staff also has been totally helpful and efficient when we have needed them.
