Staff was nice and the grounds are really nice to ride a bike through. Very scenic and tranquil. The buildings are nicely done as well with a cool little "apothecary" on site. Great visit

Great hotel, classic California. Been coming here for years, gets better with age. The fact they redid the pools and restaurants are a big plus. They also added Libbys - a much needed coffee place and gift shop.

The Ojai Valley In and Spa is an incredible place! The resort is absolutely beautiful, it feels like we are visiting some distant Spanish village. The golf course was a lot of fun, and all of the restaurants and bars are excellent! An amazing place for sure, we'll be back.

Such a beautiful resort! The rooms were large and clean. The beds are very comfortable. All staff were professional and polite. They have separate adult and kids pools. Good choice of restaurants within the resort! I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing property! Stayed there for a night and loved everything about it. Service was impeccable. Room was clean and we were upgraded on arrival. The Oak was delicious and the bar was also very good. We took a tennis lesson on Saturday morning and it was fun and the instructor was great. The Indigo pool is the best as it's bigger than the spa pool and is also adults only. A wonderful property we will definitely be returning to!

I have stayed here now on two separate occasions and continue to enjoy it more every time. First off the grounds are beautiful and maintained very well. The pool has giant bean bags that allow you to lay back and enjoy your drink as you float along. All staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful. There will always be someone asking if you need help with anything. I will have to recommend the California scramble on the breakfast menu at the Oak Kitchen. This has been the absolute best scrambled eggs that I have tried so far. In the end it's a great place for a romantic getaway or family getaway and I attribute that to the Spanish style Hacienda layout of the property and the lush grounds that surround the rooms.

My Wife & I went here for our first anniversary.
The check in process was hassle free.
They drove us around and gave us a tour before.
The customer service was impeccable.
Everything we asked for they took care of.
The hotel is known for it's lavender products and scents.
All the toiletries were lavender scented.
They were amazing.
We wen to the spa all day and it was amazing!
They have a lavender infused Steam room!
The massage treatments were wonderful.
The pools were great.
We also got drinks at the Ojai Jimmie's Pub and the signature cocktails were great.! Fresh and quality ingredients.
The hotel also was happy to load our bags into our car and have it pulled up and ready for when we wanted to leave.

Really clean, upscale hotel. Great and highly professional service. The crowd is a bit stuck up and the property is huge. Would be nice to at least have complimentary coffee and tea around the property. They charge for overnight parking which is not disclosed anywhere until you check out and they charge you for it. Annoying after paying the nightly rate.

Beautiful place, and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Multiple pools, plenty of seating at pools. If you need to go far you can get shuttled where you need to go in a cart. Plenty of places to take a nice walk on the grounds. A nice place to get away for the weekend with your sweetie. Also seems to be a popular place for weddings, and bachelorette parties.

Had a spa day, so I can only review the spa. The locker room was nice, the men's spa area was clean with plenty of towels and these lovely lavender scented towels on ice. There was a large hot tub, a small cool tub, steam room, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. The decor and vibe felt a little dated but it had a Mexico vibe to it. Upstairs is the co-ed waiting area. This was lovely with snacks and refreshing cucumber lemon water. There is an indoor and outdoor area with lots of different sitting options. The massage room was very lovely with warm comfortable tables and a nice fireplace. The attendants and therapists were very friendly and helpful!

The staff was wonderful and attentive! I stayed with my 8 month old and they provided a crib with cute bedding. The resort is immaculate and you have no need to leave. Plenty of food options and entertainment. And the views don't hurt.

Because there is literally no better place in Ojai to spend the day at the pool in absolute heaven with the most delicious lavender lemonade (with vodka) after a luxurious spa treatment, followed by a perfect night's rest in their lovely rooms. Oh my Lord, this place is pretty close to heaven. The golf is tough but amazing and the 19th hole options are magic. Make it a habit. I know I will.
