I tried to find out the correct address to visit. One says west main another says east main. I called to get the correct location and was told she could not give out that information. I laughed and said I’m just trying to visit the coffee shop. She hung up on me!!

The worst service I've ever experienced!!! Anywhere! Ever!
I have been to Ginger House a dozen times and and it is always the same. I am NEVER greeted, I have waited over 5 minutes for one cuppa (more than once), and recently called in an order for hot tea, so I could walk from work, grab a well-steeped cup of tea, add milk and go. I doubted it would be ready when I got there, which it wasn't; and so stood for a few minutes while tea steeped, added cream and left. I got a bit of cream on my purse, but no napkins at the cream station. When I went to counter I was rudely told I could find them at the cream station.
Helpful hint: when you are finishing someone else's order when a customer approaches the counter, maybe say something like "Hello, I'll be right with you". instead of just glaring.
I've only eaten there twice and the sandwiches were light on meat and quality.
I kept thinking it would improve; it didn't. I won't be back.
I spent over 25 years working in food service, plus many more in customer service and retail. I learned outstanding customer service from the best.

Really good food, drinks are always too sweet, but if you ask for half sweetness you'll be fine! Staff is usually pretty friendly.

Used to love going to this place. So disappointing. I don't know if this has changed owners, or what, but since I have started coming, but it is not worth my money anymore. On my last visit, my iced latte was made with no coffee. Or if it was, there was so little in, you couldn't taste it. I just had a plain iced latte.I should have been able to taste the coffee. Not worth my money. Asked for another shot because it had no taste. Was told it was going to cost extra. Total scam. If you are a tourist visiting this shop, don't bother.

Since this is the only coffee shop in town, we figured that it must be great. We were so wrong! The iced latte I ordered had no coffee in it. That is the main point of one! My mom's frappe was all icey and not blended smooth. I work at a coffee shop at college.we do way better than this place. My cousin got a smoothie that was just like a cup of sugar. It was disgusting. Don't waste your money with they people. What a huge joke!
