Great buying experience. No hassle at all. I seen the car online called and talked with Brian about the vehicle for about a half hour on the phone. Next day I was signing the paperwork. They sold me a truck with the check engine on and allwheel drive not right it keeps its makes noises compared to someone who got the same year truck as my 08 Denali they don't care about the customer they just want your money I leave canton be for spending any more money here they selfish and won't fix it and I gave them $13,000 shady

I was given pictures other than the website pictures of the car I was interested in by my salesman. They showed a few scratches and I was told the car was in "great condition". My salesman even said the backseat looked as though it had never been sat in. After driving 4 hours to see the car I was disappointed in the condition of the car. I wasn't expecting a perfect car but the description was not exactly honest either.
---However I would like to say the owner understood my concerns and cared enough to listen and assure me that this is not an accurate representation of how he liked to conduct business. It was refreshing to see customer service still exsists. Thank you for making it right.

I can't believe what $2995 got me from this dealership. 2001 Explorer Sport with less than 100,000 miles. I have never been happier with a vehicle than I am now Almost a year later. Most vehicles they sell are far more expensive and, much nicer than what I bought, but they are in priced 100% fairly. They treated this Ford as if it was the most expensive thing on the lot. They treated me as if I was buying the most expensive thing on the lot. Very honest here. I will be coming back.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ohio Auto Warehouse. I drove it home and noticed a big oil leak after letting it sit for a few hours. I called them up and informed them of the leak and they agreed to have one of their mechanics look at it. Their mechanic confirmed the leak and Robert offered to fix the vehicle at no cost to me. It was by no means a cheap fix and my vehicle is leak free now. Brian and Robert are honest and trustworthy guys who go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Ohio Auto Warehouse will be the first place I'll check when i buy my next car or truck!
