Loved this place!! My daughter said yes to the dress!!!😊
I was so excited to come to Kleinfeld Bridal in search of my perfect dress. From the minute Amber introduced herself to me, she immediately made me feel extremely comfortable and excited about the experience. She took the time to talk to me prior to bringing in dresses and actually listened to my likes and dislikes. She brought in the dresses and there were three that were absolutely stunning!!! It made the decision hard, but she knew I had a different look when I put ok the very first dress for the second time. Immediately Kim was brought in to accessorize me and I couldn’t fall more in love with the look. Thank you Amber for making The dream of how I thought this day would play out come true!! I said Yes to the Dress, veil, and accessories. I will feel amazing oh my special day and fire this Amber I say thank you!! I recommend Kleinfeld Bridal and am looking forward to my fitting appointments.
What a wonderful time. Paula was very sweet and extremely helpful. And my daughter said Yes To The Dress!!!!
I went to Kleinfeld for my first ever wedding dress try-on session. Since Kleinfeld is so iconic, I thought I would love the experience. I had Paula as my bridal consultant. She was nice but I felt like she wasn’t listening to what I was saying. I told her I didn’t like beading and she continued to bring me dresses with beading. Even when I would try on a dress to show to my guests, she wouldn’t even try to fix the dress or the back of the dress, my sister was the one doing that.

I had a wonderful time at Kleinfelds. You are treated exactly as the girls are on the show, "Say Yes to the Dress." The staff really understands body types and are great at pulling pieces that compliment your shape. Even though they are busy, you do not feel rushed!
Just wanted to write a review to share my great experience. Although I didn't say Yes to the Dress at Kleinfield I wanted to thank Sarah Bernstein. She was very understanding, friendly, courteous, and helpful. I also wanted to mention that I received a nice followup email from the manager that said they can be reached until midnight, although I wouldn't call nearly that late, its a very nice gesture.
I got the dress of my dreams, end of story! But so much went in to that dress, and I have the team at Kleinfeld to thank for it! It all started when I met Diane, who dared to put me in a dress I felt I was so not worthy of, but she knew it would be the one. First time was the charm (although she showed me some other dresses and let me try and whatever I wanted, we knew the first one was the one)!
The magic really came from Loretta in alterations. She was a master of her craft and worked to make that dress fit me like a glove. She nipped and tucked it in all the right places, and in spots I wouldn’t even have thought to touch but made such a difference in the end!
I am truly grateful to the staff at Kleinfeld for being such an huge part of my big day! Thank you!
I had such an exceptional experience with Kleinfeld’s. The customer service from every aspect was amazing. They went above and beyond in my situation to make sure I was always happy and stress free! I just picked up my dress and I’m so appreciative to the seamstress for her level of detail and professionalism. Can’t wait to wear my dress in a couple of days!
Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Wide range of beautiful wedding dresses to please any brides dream and at price ranges for all. Gets crowded and busy so don't expect quiet and private, but everyone we encountered was super nice and helpful. Our attendant Michelle was great at helping our bride figure out just what she wanted.
My daughter made an appointment at Kleinfeld's two weeks ago! She was Super excited and couldn't wait "To Say Yes To The Dress!" My other two daughters & I accompanied her!!! The waiting room was full of brides to be! There was standing room only! We were all seated and signed in. One by one, all the brides were taken back with an associate. Well, all the brides to be except for my daughter! We were the ONLY (4) black women there! 10 minutes went by, 20 minutes went by, 45 minutes went by. Still no associate came to take us back, as a matter of fact, I begin to think that no one could see us! After almost an hour of waiting I approached the reception desk, to ask if there was a problem as we had a 9:15 AM appointment. Only to be told that they were overbooked and currently there were no more associates available! I sat down and continued to wait another 10 minutes. I became enraged, and very angry! I told my daughter at this point that we would be leaving, as this type of service was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and racist!!!! My daughter was extremely disappointed and deeply hurt! After we left, we received a phone call from the director of Kleinfeld's apologizing for the way that we were treated, and asked if we could return to the store. Unfortunately, that was NOT enough, and we decided to move forward and continue on our search for a beautiful wedding gown! However, we did find another bridal store that welcomed us, and gave us great professional service!!!! Needless to say, my daughter found an amazing wedding down! I hope that this does not happen again in the future to anyone! But we will NEVER support Kleinfeld's again!
I visited about 6-7 bridal shops when searching for my dress and Kleinfeld was by far one of the worst experiences I had. I was so excited to visit the store after watching just about every episode of Say Yes to the Dress. I brought my mom and aunt with me and when it was time for my appointment to begin we were shoved in a fitting room with a couple of chairs in it. The consultant I worked with didn't bother to ask any personal questions to get to know me at all but instead jumped to "what is your budget?" When my mom threw a number out there she claimed all dresses at Kleinfeld started at a higher price point than that but she would see what she could find. Funny thing is that if I found a dress that was way more expensive, I'd be willing to pay for it, but her reaction to the number my mom gave already left a bad taste in my mouth. When she returned with dresses (most of which were even cheaper than the budget price my mom gave) I had to change in front of everyone. I didn't care since it was just my mom and aunt but found it kind of crazy that there was no privacy, element of surprise with me being able to walk out in the dresses, and it was overall uncomfortable to have to change in and out of these large gowns in a small fitting room with 4 other people in there with me (there was a second younger consultant there too.) Once I found a dress I liked, they rushed to put a veil on me, finally let me out of the fitting room onto the main store floor you see in the show and began pressuring me to "say yes to the dress." Once they realized I wasn't totally ready to say yes yet, they very obviously wanted nothing to do with me. By no means was I a difficult bride to work with. I'm actually rather shy and easy going but Kleinfeld really just didn't live up to the hype. I felt like just another girl coming through and when they realized I wasn't going to drop big bucks that day, I didn't matter. My advice to future brides would be to find a smaller bridal shop where you can have a more personal experience. I found my gown at I Do I Do bridal in Morristown, NJ and it was such a wonderful experience!
Accompanied my sister to Kleinfelds. The associate was so knowledgeable about what type of dress would work with my sister's body type. After going thorough a bunch of different dresses, we ended up loving the FIRST dress the associate picked out!
Just said yes to the dress! Our experience at Kleinfelds was amazing. Rachel our consultant, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional and sweet. She made the day for our family so special. Highly recommend her and Kleinfeld bridal.
Very crowded probably because of the TV show. Ladies who work here are great. You're somewhat rushed but they're very accomodating. You can walk around the store to look around. They have trunk shows and the models walk around.
Pros: they have a great selection of dresses.
Cons:
- you don't get to browse the dresses, the consultant will bring you 4 and you are expected to choose from those. They rush you through the whole appointment.
- their customer service over the phone is the absolute worst, you wait on hold for 15 minutes just to have someone answer the phone and be rude.
- appointment times mean nothing to them, you are expected to be there on time to sign in then you will wait 30-45 minutes beyond your appointment time for them to call you back (for fittings)
- if you live out of the area, it is even more difficult. You need to return 3 times for fittings within 6 weeks of your wedding. After your final fitting, you aren't able to take your dress home for another week (so they can steam/clean the dress), so you are expected to make another trip down to pick up the dress. They convince you to drive instead of flying or taking a train due to the dress getting wrinkled.
-but the worst in my eyes is their pickup policy, they do not have parking and will not bring the dress out to you. You make an appointment time to pick up your dress, Then you are expected to park blocks away, pay for parking then go sign in, wait for your dress to be pulled then walk with your dress down the street to your car blocks away. The biggest suggestion I could make to them is to have the dresses ready at the front desk during their appointment pickup time and let someone pull in front of the store and run in to grab the dress.
I see so many mixed reviews about the store, and I admit I was skeptical given all the fanfare about the show, but this is the best bridal store I've ever been to. I found my dress here, the women helping me were nice, patient and really understood what I was looking for. To clarify some other reviews, you DO NOT need to be in the middle of all the other guests if you book ahead of time. You get your own private room where you and your guests can stay while you look for your dress. Would highly recommend.
It's not like the show AT ALL! I went 8 months ago and to this day I'm still upset that I was unable to get my dress there. I spent the majority of my appointment sitting in the dressing room while my consultant looked for dresses. The dresses she pulled did not match my vision at all. I've seen dresses on the show that are in my price range and they are what I like. Why didn't she pull any of those? I only had time to try on a few dresses. The whole appointment was rushed even though I arrived early. I wish I had a different consultant.
Amazing experience, great service, very professional. My daughter got her wedding dress there and we had the privilege to be assisted by Camille and Randy from TLC, Say yes to the Dress show and they were excellent. The same way they are on the show that's how they are in real life. Very nice people. My daughter and I would like specially to thank Camille who walked us through the whole process, she even picked the dress for my daughter and she made the best choice. I highly recommend this place because it's just as it's promoted on TV or even better!!!
