Had to ship very precious materials on dry ice--which can be daunting. Mike took this very seriously, even calling FedEx while I was there to double check that he had done everything necessary to ensure the shipment arrived without delay. The owner Mike really does know what he is doing. He was able to perform a diagnostic to discover the issue and repair the computer within a reasonable amount of time. Very professional and reliable service. Prices are also reasonable, you get what you pay for. Going to these cheap computer fix it stores they do not do a good job and I ended up having the same issue within a couple days again. Worth every penny to get it done correctly the first tims.

I came here to do some shipping and found out they also do smart phone repairs as well, Seeing that my iPhone screen was cracked I asked Mike how much it would be to repair it and how long it would take, After discussing my options he said he would have it done in under an hour so I left did some shopping in the market place and came back an hour later and it was ready to go! I had to go to the mall afterwards and asked another shop there how much they would charge and their price was $25 more than Mikes and after looking them up online while I waited I saw they had horrible reviews! I sure am glad I came to PakMail at the marketplace at wycliff and met Mike! Thanks again!
I would definitely refer them to all my friends and family!
