Totally agree! My husband and I had our first visit with Dr Patel yesterday we are both happy with our visit. The staff is really friendly and Dr Patel didn’t rush our appointments or just rush to prescribe drugs. Best decision we made was changing to. Dr Patel.

Friendly and professional employees, relaxing environment, and the doctor was so nice and thorough with my results! He listened to everything I had to say and came to a conclusion we were both satisfied with! I recommend coming here for your primary dr needs!

I've been coming here for several years now and get the best care I could ask for. I used to go the U of C for my primary care but my experience with Dr. Patel far exceeds the care I received there. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable, warm, listens well and is thoughtful about his approach to your needs. You can't beat the personalized service, hours, and wonderful staff. Thanks, Doc!

Just moved to the area in search of a great quality dr because my previous was too far. I took a chance after seeing the reviews. The doctor is really good. Place is clean. The doctor Seems thorough and compassionate unlike the people at the front desk. I was in so much pain & I was turned away and refused care because of a $15 copay and I didn’t have it on me at that time. Once I voice my concerns the following visit the office manager reinforced that without $15 copay is needed before healthcare can be made & explained that other dr offices policy is the same which is false. Like completely disregarded the inconvenience it caused me over $15!!! Dr called me with my X-ray results and didn’t bother my pain concerns!! I was given ibuprofen prior to visit getting refused care. This was supposed to be a follow up visit regarding my X-ray results and pain. Not upset just feel degraded about my well being put aside. I’ve never been turned away over so little. The doctor called with my test results but didn’t speak of anything further regarding my pain! Was given ibuprofen the visit prior to me getting refused care.Thankfully my insurance is accepted everywhere and I will not be returning to an establishment who’s more concerned over $15 than a patient in need. Don’t leave your wallet at home!! Life happens but this office doesn’t care.
