  I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with my hair after my appointments at Oak Street Hair Group. Caroline is my stylist or better "artist". She is fantastic and chooses a style that is appropriate for me (and my hair) yet current. I appreciated her talent even more after working in DC and experiencing some average haircuts.I could not wait to book an appt. with Caroline whenever I returned Bham. Oak Street has a legacy in the Bham area for consistently talented stylists, no one is "turned loose" on your hair. Can't go wrong with Oak Street Hair Group.

  I've always been very satisfied with the stylists and i've seen three different ones. Their technique is always way above average and my hair looks better than it has in years. I can tell it's more than just a job for these professionals- they truly love their work and deliver excellent results!

  I cannot remember being treated with such an unprofessionalism and disrespectful manner. They canceled my appointment 2 hours before my haircut and did not help me to find another stylist. The attendant named April showed no sensitivity to the fact that I had scheduled this appointment 5 days earlier and had a party to attend in the same evening. I do not have plans to come back unless if they repair for this awful situation.

  The Hairdresser did not blow out my hair because it is curly, he said he did not know how to do that kind of hair
