  We Arrived on a Saturday at 1100am. I needed a document notarized, to open a new account, and my pops in law needed a autobilling issue escalated. We where in the Member Services office within minutes. No cost for the notary. My no fee checking and savings account was a simple and pleasurable process with no pushy sales pitches. The inquiry was handled professionally. Reasonable expectations regarding resolution were set. We walked out the door an hour after we arrived in just as good of a mood as we came in with. I totally recommend OUR Credit Union!

  12 Mile, they do not have any experience in dealing with customers, I intend to open an account business, but after watching their dealings not good I leave the bank and go to another bank
