  The two guys that came to install my carpet did a phenomenal job. I felt that the two install guys went above and beyond and that were pretty careful on my new wood floors downstairs which was nice. I’m glad I ended up going with this carpet instead of a Lowe’s or Home Depot. At first glance, it was worth the extra price!! Better quality for sure.

  We had carpets installed upstairs and hardwood and tile downstairs. Everything looked perfect and came out exactly how I imagined. Our sales rep was mike Jackson. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if we did any other projects down the road I will go with molyneaux again!

  Sales rep was great and informative. Laminate installers did amazing job. But then went down hill. Carpet guys miscut carpet so had to order new carpet. They ordered wrong carpet which took 2 weeks to even recieve. So they needed to reorder. I called store asking for someone to talk to me about what was goiing on. They said customer service would contact me since they couldn't help there and seemed disinterested in problem. Going on 3 weeks from original install date and my carpet not installed and no one has contacted me since original install. Once my money was paid the service dropped off greatly. I just want my carpet finished.

  We had carpet installed in our upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and staircase. I liked the idea that I could see the samples in our home and know exactly what they were going to look like against our paint colors, wood color, etc. Candace provided excellent service and recommendations and I never felt pressured to buy anything. She even asked if we have worked with any other contractors and specifically was interested in what we liked and what we didn't about our other experiences. She listed to our feedback, and when it was time to install, the installers were extremely quick, professional, and did a very high quality job that was exactly what we expected, no surprises along the way. We would use Molyneaux for our next flooring project and would recommend them to friends and family

  We had carpet and tile laid in our basement and overall we were extremely satisfied with the finished product. Candace our sales rep was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. One minor issue which prevented us from giving them five stars was that they didn't order us enough tile so we had to prolong the process by another day. However. they are very flexible with scheduling times to come out including Saturdays so that alleviated the hassle. Overall, everything was done professionally, it looks great, and I would definitely recommend and use them again!

  I don't typically write these kind of reviews, but my experience with Molyneaux is worth sharing. I was hesitant to do the "shop at home" service for my front entry stairs, but I was pleasantly surprised. Candace was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and worked to make the deal happen. She has a good eye for color and shares her opinions in a very helpful way. I wound up going with her suggestion and I am thrilled with how it turned out. The installers were great as well. I needed an "extra early appointment" and they were here by 7:30 am!! The stairs are gorgeous and I couldn't be happierthanks Molyneaux!!

  We just had carpet installed last week in our living room, dining room hallway and stairs. This was a replacement for the carpet we had done by Molyneaux about 10 years ago. Candace our sales person was very good and listened to our concerns and was considerate of our time line. She measured the rooms and was able to have the installers put the pieces of carpet that was needed to be pieced together off to the sides of the room to avoid the main walking area of the carpet. The only issues we have are with the installation of the carpet around our stairs birdcage of the railing and the cleanup could have been more thorough. I called Candace about the stairs birdcage installation and she put a work order in to correct this issue. We are currently waiting for a call from Molyneaux to schedule the fix for our stairs.

  My salesperson, Candace, was spectacular. I didn't know what I wanted; however I needed a carpet to withstand a teenager who is always dropping things and staining carpet. Candace was patient and I purchased a carpet for 2 rooms and for a stairway.
  
  The crew was reliable and did the ultimate job. I had recently painted the stairway and there was not any damage, whatsoever, done to the stairway. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back. As well, the crew was in our home without other people and they left the house without any damage.
  
  All staff were courteous, reliable, and overall, fantastic. I would recommend Molyneaux Carpeting to anyone.
