OOka is a typical Japanese teppanyaki and sushi joint. It's very clean, bright friendly and a wide range of drinks (both alcoholic and non) and dishes. Service is quick and friendly and prices range from very affordable standard sushi rolls to some more exotic and expensive choices. A good place for everyone!
The sushi is good and tastes fairly fresh. The hibachi is okay, foods not too good but the show is nice. The lunch specials are great though for the price and taste.
Best hibachi in town. The hibachi chefs are good at what they do. Great to bring the family, the kids will enjoy the show they put on. Prices are good as well
The food can't be beat! Always pleased! Never a bad experience! Worth the wait.
Great food. Great service. Great Hibachi. Would be 5 ***** if they didnt double the prices in the last few years!
This place used to rank higher. Bathrooms were pretty gross. And I got in at 4:30pm, they had just re-opened for the dinner shift.soooo, I would expect a bit of a cleaner area. General wear and tear has not been tended too. If front of house is drifting southit makes me wonder about the backwhere most of the food comes from. Service was fine. Prices are high enough that the general experience should rank one more star.
This place is absolutely amazing! The food is great as well as the show they out on for you. It's great for anyone that likes Japanese food as well as someone who is looking to try Japanese food. Really a great experience overall.
It's an excellent hibachi/sushi place, easily one of the best I've been to. However, it is very pricey. It feels fancier, so you're paying for what you get. The food is good as well as the service. I would generally recommend getting reservations, as the wait was 30 minutes (in the dining room, not hibachi) on a Tuesday.
Best Japanese place in the area. One of the very few restaurants we're keep coming back to
Great customer service, hibachi chefs are on point and fun, food is amazing, the special sauces they bring out with dinner are exceptional. This is my wife's and my favorite place to go, regardless of which location.
Food and service were excellent. It's a bit pricey though.
This place is a must if you're going for a bite in Doylestown. The hospitality is great and hibachi is fun all though they do the same thing every visit. Food can take a tiny while but the appetizers come fast and keep you occupied. But, when we asked for water we felt like the waitress forgot because it took a while. But this place shines in its food. Their sushi is so delicious and the meat is cooked just right. I'll definitely come back for the food! Nice job!
Ooka is a local secret; fantastic Japanese food for honest prices. The service is friendly and fast. My wife and I just love coming here on date nights. Also, the habatchi is wonderful. Of the several chefs I have seen, everyone of them have delivered an unforgettable show.
