  Bread was cold, service is slow and inconsistent. Wait staff has no persistency with helping customers. Table was dirty. By the way if it’s cold, turn on the heat instead of having freezing the entire time. You know opening the door will bring in a draft? Why not have extra heat near the tables closest to the door. French onion soup was poorly done (it’s one piece of bread soaked in Broth) not a bunch of bread that’s dry like a clump of clay. Do better. You can take some lessons from the one in Nashua, NH.

  Service was EXCELLENT and they had many gluten-free options, which was appreciated! The complimentary bread/garlic butter is a nice touch. They even had a gluten-free roll just for me, and it was scrumptious! I wouldn't recommend the pan-crusted haddock in gluten-free version, as the breading wasn't very good, but the fish was super fresh. Overall, great place for some good food, great service, and fun atmosphere!

  The food was excellent, our Waiter, James F was helpful, patient, informative, courteous, and had a great sense of humor. Other Wait Staff were also very kind and helpful. The menu is diverse, and our party were all very happy with their selections. We will all be back!

  Waitress provided good service, portions were small. I ordered sirloin steak (no weights shown on menu) maybe 4-6 oz. Tasted fine but..several others followed my lead and were disappointed. It also came presliced and faned out a little in an attempt to give it more volume still had a small appearance. Presliced I'll cut my own steak thank you. It wasn't your average steak Joe it was below average.

  Music was poorly synced so we didn't sit outside. The scallops were perfect and the Thai lettuce cups were flavorful and fresh. Service prompt and attentive.

  Great food and service. After a great meal, we had an issue with using coupons. I wrote to the manager, Jimmy, to explain the situation. He was terrific!! He quickly responded and immediately sent us a gift card for the value that did not get discounted. We will definitely be back and appreciate the wonderful customer service. Thanks.

  Decent food, somewhat expensive, but the cost is in the same range as other places like this

  My friend and I went for dinner , we decided to have steak tips . The steak tips were not as tender as we excepted . We called our waitress her name is Caroline very sweet and kind. We explain to her that the steak tips were not tender . She went and called a manager his name is Dan.We explained the situation that we weren't satisfied with the steak tips he went out of his way and cooked us a nother Oder of steak tips they were excellent . I cannot thank him enough for the outstanding service he gave us. We were so pleased with our dinner service and made our night. Thank you
