When we moved to our new home it had a very nice working outdoor hot tub. We had Northwest Hot Springs check it out and established a service contract. Two years later, we cannot be more pleased with their consistent in-home maintenance and repairs services year-around. Their professionalism and quality of service is at the top of all other service providers we have ever used.

We purchased a viking island breeze ll pool with auto cover and a Grandee Hot spring spa we are very pleased with the quality of products and installation of both.
Excellent customer service with high quality products made the installation go smoothly and craftsmanship was top notch.
The ease of water care and with which products to use couldn’t be much easier with a very knowledgeable staff.
Looking forward to years of use.

Professional from the start; our salesperson Soul is knowledgeable, personable, friendly and goes beyond just the basics. He's thorough and we could tell from the beginning has a lot of pride in his job. Delivery was smooth; Quinn and Kyle did excellent work; they were also very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining all of the steps for cleaning and maintenance, and beyond. For first time buyers, we're very impressed not only with the product but the staff as well! Would highly recommend.

NW hot Springs were great to deal with both Jordan and the staff. The installers Quinn and Kyle were great. Quinn's hot tub knowledge was excellent and was great at sharing his knowledge so I could properly maintain the hot tub! Installed yesterday enjoyed the hot tub last night. Thank You

Kind of sad when we rate businesses based on how they didn't take advantage of us, but this place is great on that scale. Several years ago we bought a home with a hot tub that had been installed by Northwest by the previous owners. They hadn't used it in years being elderly and I knew nothing about them. I went into Northwest, they gave me a ton of good advice about recommissioning the tub, and sold me only what I needed to see if I could get it up and running. They talked me out of stuff, telling me that if it worked then come back, and they tested my water for free of course. It worked beautifully (they'd serviced it well) so I went back, and based on our casual infrequent use they just recommended the bare minimum to operate it for supplies. Several years later a problem developed, and they needed to adapt a part because it's an older design, and while it took several trips to get it worked out they did and charged nothing extra. I decided to replace the valve myself and asked the technician about that while he was there, and he said he'd bring one down next time-- he did and then insisted on replacing it for me, no charge. I would trust this place with any installation, they are the best.

Our new Flair was delivered last Friday by Marcus and Kyle from the Burlington store and I was really impressed by their professionalism and how extremely courteous they were throughout the install. Explanation of care and use was thorough, nothing was rushed, great attitudes! These guys set the standard for quality care and service!

Due to a series of homeowner (me) mishaps with getting the pad setup, we had a few attempts at delivery. The crew was very nice and helpful in getting us on track. On the actual delivery date, the crew did a great job getting the old, heavy hot tub off the deck and the new one on the pad. Very happy with the results. We would overwhelmingly recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We couldn't be more happy with our new pool from Northwest Hot Springs. Dan Hyatt- owner was with us from the beginning to the end and beyond. He was totally hands on when it came time to set the pool into the ground even to a point that it had to be raised out 3 times until he was satisfied of the exact position. He's amazing. Northwest Hot Springs is the only place to go!

I called Northwest Hot Springs and asked about products for a new hot tub owner and about water testing. Very helpful on what i needed like the tub info and to bring in a pint of my water to test. When I arrived the staff were friendly and courteous. Quinn Hooker helped with getting the correct chemicals to get my tub going for the first time, helping me understand what they were and when to use them etc. Thanks for all your help and hope to see you next time I need supplies.

Purchased a hot tub from Northwest Hot Springs this past week. Jordan and his folks did a fantastic job completing our purchase, arranging for the electrician, and scheduling the delivery. The delivery team of Quinn and Mark were very courteous and professional. Our hot tub installation came off without a hitch and Quinn insured that all of our questions and concerns were addressed before he and Mark completed the installation. I believe that any follow up done in the future with NW Hot Springs will be just as courteous and professional. Thank you for a VERY PLEASANT experience.
