Burlington's Les Schwab Tire Center sets the standard for world class customer service.
Always honest, fast and friendly, they are excellent in every way.
I wouldn't even consider buying tires are getting service anywhere else, ever!

DO *NOT try 2 trade in any of your

( *BRAND NEW TOP OF THE LINE & SUPER EXPENSIVE) snow tires

You *just got from them season prior in March & ( only had tires in a storage container 6 months 4 the summer );

Cos they will only give you credit for just

* 3/4ths of a tire!

.. in exchange for *another FOUR regular tires YOU JUST BOUGHT FROM THEM six months LATER !!

I WAS RIPPED OFF by that company

* BIG TIME *

I WONT BE RETURNING TO THEM FOR *ANY MORE BUSINESS-EVER!!

* BEWARE of this tire company, EVERYBODY!! I HAD THE RECEIPTS & EVERYTHING!!

I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER ALSO!!

Les Schwab used to be the most customer friendly place any where around, wow not anymore. I was in there yesterday, I bought 4 brand new tires they never 1 time came and talked to me about the tires they put on. They put tires on drove car around lady called me up billed me out said thanks that was it. Travis who I talked to on phone and asked for when I went into the store never 1 time even acknowledged me when I was in store. Burlington Les Schwab you just lost a customer.

I don't normally give recommendations but I find myself having to do so today! I woke up to go to work and noticed I had a flat tire. After calling AAA and getting the spare put on (thanks Heston's!) I promptly took it to the nearest tire center in Mt Vernon to get the tire repaired or replaced. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. Tired of poor customer service everywhere I walked out and called Les Schwab. I talked to the manager Ed. He assured me to bring it in and I would be next in line. I walked in, was warmly greeted and within a minute my truck was taken back to to the bay. True to his word they took care of the repair within 30 minutes. I am a fairly new customer so when he said no charge I was stunned! I will absolutely return, friendly, prompt and courteous, thanks Ed!

This place is the best, as with every Les Schwab I've ever been to. Free tire check and air, free tire rotation, friendly, prompt, helpful, respectful, free delicious popcorn and coffee. Can't say enough about how good this business is. Wish more could follow their model, especially compared to some recent bad experiences with other local businesses.

I was facing devastating circumstances with limited finances. The manager had/has a heart and trusted me to come back the next day, which I would've done come hell or high water.
I really, really appreciate that.
Everyone there is always friendly and willing to help.
I had a similar experience at the Les Schwab in Mt Vernon.
However, Sedro-Woolley . . . not so much I'm sorry to say.
I happen to of ran across 2 managers about to knock on my cousins door one evening after hours around Christmas time. They told me they were there to collect on a bill.
This would've frightened my cousin, where she resides with her sister, at their other sisters house. I coerced them from approaching the house and followed them back to their store where I paid in full, a $400 and some bill.
Yet, the following 3 times I tried to do business there I was completely ignored.
I realize this is hard to even visualize, but with my hand on my heart : I was completely ignored 3 times. The first time was over an hour. I sat in my vehicle, I walked through the shop area, I came in the office/counter area, I ate popcorn, I drank coffee, I stared at each and every employee in turn. Even other customers noticed.
Sadly, although its my hometown, I will not, and have not, went to/go to this store again no matter what.

I loved it because my car was making alot of noise in my back tire and I thought it was a major problem but was just a rock. They have very good service always come to this store. Oh and they all really nice.

We searched everywhere to find a special tire for a boat trailer. We finally found it at Les Schwab. New to the company we were concerned that we might find hidden charges, but no!!! The tires were delivered promptly and were exactly what we needed.. so when Costco let us down on a tire repair, ( we had been buying tires from Costco) we went again to Les Schwab, Burlington. They fixed our tire FOR FREE. This is a tire that we hadn't even purchased from them. They are always friendly and deliver exactly when and what we ask for. Bye, bye Costco. We found a tire dealer we can depend on!!!
