Very cute rooms. No frills, but very cute & bright. Owners were very friendly too. We will go again next summer.

Wow! Never stayed at a cleaner hotel! The old-school motel has been perfectly updated - with marble counter top in the bathroom, updated fixtures and furniture, flat screen tv and small refrigerator.

This place was great! Very clean and newly renovated. Price was reasonable as well. Close to many attractions. Had a great view of sunrise if you walked across the road. Rooms are well insulated, couldn't hear traffic at all. Wonderful place and would highly recommend!!!

Older traditional motel with newer furnishings and fixtures. Clean and quiet. Next to the highway but the rooms are well insulated from road noise. Across the highway, you can take a pleasant walk along the Lake Michigan shoreline on a paved pathway. The free wifi is excellent and fast.

I have been to this motel more than once never had a problem always spoke so highly of this place and the owners recommend it anyone that was thinking of going up that way. Loved the view the rooms everything about it accommodated every need I had until my last trip a week ago I had left for the day came back to being accused if smoking in room which I did not it was my cloths that smelled from smoking out side which you clearly see the butts and to find out they took $100 without mentioning it to me one time u til I decided to look at my bank statement. I was always respectful when going there i did nothing different from the other times .never had a problem until now. Ruined my last day in the UP and most likely won't return.

Traveling for work. Needed a place to stay last minute. Was an amazing place. Family owned very friendly and helpful . I had no phone service at the moment they accommodated me over and beyond what was expected. Air-conditioner was a little out dated , but it sure worked great!!! Was a great and relaxing place. Would recommend it hands down !! Always remember to support little business! !!
