Had problems with the tinting two days after installation, called several times to get the problem resolved and no answers to the phone calls. Scratched, water inside tint, and bubbles.

First they called a hour before they were supposed to show up to reschedule, after rescheduling two guys came and tinted the two front windows it only took 15 minutes. They didn’t clean the windows after they were done. After I cleaned the windows I found little bubbles all over both windows, I waited a few days to see if they would go away but if you look close you can see dust particles inside the bubbles, so it doesn’t look like they cleaned the window before applying the tint. I have tried calling and texting the number that was used to setup the appointment but it looks to be disconnected. Stay away from this company!!

Terrible business! My initial appointment was set for Thursday at 6pm. At 5:51, I received a text saying they would not be able to make the appointment and would have to reschedule. I texted back asking when and received no response. Hoping this was a fluke, I gave them another shot. I rescheduled for Saturday morning at 9am. At 9:30 I tried calling and texting asking when they would be here- no response. I tried again a few times with no response and my calls went to voicemail. Shortly thereafter, I tried calling from my wife's phone and they promptly picked up the call. When I asked about my appointment, they feigned surprise and stated they didn't see the appointment was scheduled, despite having received an email acknowledging they accepted the appointment and receiving a text message at 7:53am reminding me of the upcoming appointment. Despite not seeing the appointment, he stated he would send someone out within the hour. After nearly two hours, I tried calling again and received no response.
This little game they were playing is pretty frustrating and I'd rather them just say they didn't want my business. Please, at all costs, find someone else! I really wish I had just paid more and taken my car to a reputable place.response / report this review -

I had my 2017 Lexus tinted last week and it came out great! Will be coming back for my other vehicle to be tinted

The service was excellent ,gave a great discount I am so impressed of the teamwork! I would recommend This company for window tinting to everybody I'm passing their business on to my car club Partners. unbelievable quality, And professionalism. You can definitely tell that they have experience in window tinting. They came out in a 30 mile an hour wind and It didn't even affect the job. You will be doing my other vehicles when that time comes. 5 Stars.
