  After taking my car into the dealership and being told it would be six weeks before they could get me in for an appointment, I called Genuine Automotive and Diesel in a panic. They told me they thought they could diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They did! And I was back on the road the same day, without having to wait six weeks. These guys are honest, fairly-priced, and provide outstanding service. Thank you GAD!

  Genuine is proving trustworthy !!!
  Genuine Automotive takes care of the company fleet were I work. I’ve used them personally twice now for my wife and son’s car. I’ve found them to be respectively knowledgeable and confident about both vehicles and appreciated their transparency before doing anything. Given the professionalism and craftsmanship they’ve shown, I’ll recommend and continue to use them! it’s hard to find trustworthy shops now days..

  They work on both of my cars. They either drop it off to my home or give me a loaner car every time, at no additional cost. Awesome!

  This is the best automotive shop in all of Austin, TX. They provide the best service I have ever experienced and have the best staff all around. Highly recommend. Doesn’t get any better.
