  One of the older female bank tellers is incredibly rude, she is the single reason I avoid that location at all costs.

  NORTHEAST CREDIT UNION in Dover, NH DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY! YOU ARE AT RISK!
  In today's world of hacking and identity theft, I hoped this bank would protect me. Their DEBIT CARDS ARE EASILY DUPLICATED BY HACKERS.
  My MONEY was recently ALL STOLEN from my account because of a LACK OF SECURITY AT NORTHEAST CREDIT UNION; DOVER, NH
  After closer inspection of multiple purchases everyone agreed (including the Dover police whom I was told by the bank to contact, even though the hack/transactions appeared in Ohio) that we had been hacked.
  The bank is now saying the soonest we can get money back is a week and also want to charge us $25 for new cards! PLEASE BE WARY OF Northeast Credit Union in DOVER. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY!

  Best customer service I have ever experienced at any company! Always greeted with a smile, their willingness to serve is awesome. When issues arise, as they will with any service, they are so proactive that the problem is solved, almost before you even know there was one! So happy to be a member of this Credit union❤

  Have gone in twice to open an account. I was told what I needed to bring in, so I came back with the documents.
  
  I was then told that they don't accept the very thing they asked me to bring. Told to come back with something else.
  
  I won't be coming back at all.
