The hotel it's self was clean and nice but this isn't a family friendly place , when I asked if there was it was a pool staff was a little misleading and if we would of known there's no actual pool only a 12 person hot tub they call a whirl pool we would of kept driving and gone elsewhere so our two kids weren't bored , very costly for very little you get , breakfast was like what we would of got at a gas station

Loved breakfest, rooms were very cozy, hot tub and sauna were very relaxing after my long day of driving up north from traverse city. will defently come back and stay next year on our family trip to pictured rocks!

This hotel may change names but the owners are the same, and they run a nice place. Book ahead though because they can fill up fast during peak season.

Rooms were clean and smelled like brand new, beds were very comfortable, definitely suggest staying here, breakfast was average!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Quite spacious. Driveway and parking was well maintained during a snow shower. Staff is very courteous and helpful. They have a decent breakfast in the morning.

Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Smoke detector continuously went off and on when using the shower and after the shower had been off for over 30 minutes. There wasn't even enough steam to fog up the mirror. When staff was notified, they asked if we took a hot shower (who takes a cold on on purpose?) and we were told to open the window (it was 55 degrees and raining). We were up at 7amso were our kids and our neighbors thanks to the fire alarm. We would not stay there again.
