Needed tires for my Honda urgently. Of the local tire dealers who had what I wanted, North Star Chevy had the best price (they match walmart and had a rebate), offered several freebies, squeezed me in for service last-minute, and the service guy was super-friendly. They saved my upcoming roadtrip. Felt weird taking my Honda to a Chevy dealer though!

Bought my car here. For that, Jeff was my guy. Jeff is a good guy.
Also get that same car serviced here. For that, Ed is my guy. Ed takes good care of me and doesn't overbid me. Can't say that about many people anymore.response / report this review -

The sales staff at North Star was great. We were never pressured to buy and everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful. Our salesman Gary Jamis took the time to show us how our new Chevy Spark worked and he welcomed us back if we ever had a problem. We will recommend North Star Chevrolet to everyone.

Chris Kirk made the car buying process a breeze! The environment at North Star is so laid back which is refreshing. They are not pushy at all! Chris was so helpful and found us a truck within our price range. All of the gentlemen we encountered at North Star were so welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this dealership! Visit Chris if you are looking for a reliable car at a fair price.

Everyone at North Star was great and exceedingly helpful. I was looking for a new car and they guided me through the process from start to finish. I wish I would have started my search here, I wouldn't have had to go anywhere else.

I highly recommend the collision shop, after having my first accident I was very confused on how the repair process worked and if I should report it to my insurance company. The office staff was very polite and walked me through the whole process . They made my car rental appointment for me, wrote a free estimate in about 15 minuets, set up my insurance claim and had me on my way all in a short period of time. My car was fixed when they told me it would be done, pick up was just as easy. Great staff all around, hopefully I'll never need to, but if I have another wreck, North Star is where I'll take it!

I am 3 years into my payments and stop on every so often to look.
The impulse to come out to see Peppy (my sales Rep.) is strong.
Can't wait.
My first time buying a new car was the best with you guys.
You've held true to every single promise you made and then some.
My application on phone for Ed (my personal mechanic )is amazing.
I tell most people and they've never had their own go to guy.
Be out soon to get my new Chevy Cruze.

Bill was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything. He made the experience of buying a car actually a pleasure. His follow up was solid as well. I ended up with exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Thank you so much. I recommend asking for him when you go there. He will treat you like family:)
