I had the misfortune of meeting Dr. Jacob for a eye issue. He was rude and the front desk ladies were much ruder than him. They will not answer their calls and nor will they return your call if you leave them a voice message

Dr Freeman is Excellent. My Mother has been with this practice many years. Great Eye care. Diagnosis. Treatments. Surgeries & Followup.
Ref to Dr. Jacobs . partner for a touch up Lazer Surgery many years later. All is good. No changes . A Happy Senior !

I called this office to schedule with Dr. Savitt. I decided not to schedule due to the distance and hours of service. So I did not meet the doctor. But someone in the billing (called billing initially to ask an insurance question) department was very courteous, excellent customer service, she really tried to work out a time and location that would be best for us to see the doctor. She went above and beyond by calling other offices requesting an acute appointment, on our behalf, and getting us a referral for another ophthalmology doctor that had the hours, location and same insurance we needed for an appointment to work out. She took the time to answer all of my questions, was very polite and even called me afterwards to give me a complete referral from the doctor.

Had to wait over an hour in the hallway. Staff is rude and disrespectful. Office manager wanted $25 to release medical records. DON'T GO THERE.
