Billing department is horrible and they have no clue what customer service is.They keep talking over in-spite of you being polite which is a typical case when someone has made a mistake. Rather than acknowledging they try to justify their actions. They submit claims to older insurance on file and then resubmit to updated insurance only to find out that the first one is denied and leaving you clueless on why it was denied. What is the point of providing them the correct insurance to start with if they can't even do a simple job right.

This office is awesome!!! They are always very professional staff and Dentists as well. I recommend them to a lot of my friends and family.

Got to be one of the best dental practices in St. Louis. Highly skilled dentists and hygienists. I've had several fillings done here, but also appreciate they are willing to watch some enamel "recessions" that have ended up not needing fillings. Best of all they are covered under my employer's dental plan! Highly recommended.

I have to get a new crown cause my old one came out. It normally takes a few weeks but due to me having surgery I didn’t have a few weeks. They did a special asp order for me so it would be done in a week. Also due to unexpected expenses the amount I had to pay after insurance portion I was able to do payment plan to fit my wallet. Very professional, polite and gentle staff. THANK YOU!

The dentists at Brentwood Dental are the finest dentists in St. Louis. I have been going there for 40 years and I can tell you from my experience that you will not regret going to any dentist there. Don't play around with your teeth. Go to the best! Brentwood Dental is the best if the best!
