The appointment for cataract surgery was made quickly. Staff were friendly and informative along the entire route, from intake to post-op. The Ophthalmologist and technicians were top-notch.

Dr Aung is extremely professional and experienced. She has worked hard to find contacts that I can actually enjoy wearing with good vision !

I had eyelid surgery recommended by my eye doctor. The surgery was done by Aliza Epstein, who I guess is contracted through Texan Eye, since she's not listed as staff. The surgery and follow-up was professional and, as far as I can tell, very successful. Dr. Epstein was very thorough in her communication and available in her post-op support.

No wait, proper Covid-19 precautions for current level. The assistant was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Lewis was in right after, not even a 3 minute wait. He reviewed my updated medical status then proceeded to do his portion of my exam. He explained options, listened to my requests and gave me pros and cons of a couple of treatments. He was also friendly, professional and efficient with additional exam requirements based upon my choice of treatment. He made sure I understood the use of medications and let me know I could call if any problems or questions. Dr. Lewis let me know as long as no new problems, my next appointment would be in one year. No reason to search any further than Texas Eye on South MoPac.
