Super friendly staff and very good quality rental equipment. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Norski during our trip last week and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family who are visiting Keystone in the future. Always nice to support a local business whenever possible!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They're interested in what you would like to ride and then offer suggestions for your style. Much better customer service than other surrounding rental shops.

All the staff here are super friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to help. My bike has headset, wheel, and derailleur issues and they have been very patent with helping me. The manager is very knowledgeable! Thank you so much guys.
