Thank you for your excellent customer service. After being very disappointed with a spray I ordered and with no where to turn as the store was closed all I could do was write a bad review. Jessica immediately called me and went in on her day off to design a gorgeous arrangement and had it delivered to the funeral home in time for the service. Thank you Jessica for showing us what customer service means I am beyond grateful and wish you well!

Arrived when the shop had already closed to pick up flowers on Valentine’s Day. Luckily there was a guy who worked there standing out back that asked if there was anything he help with. I told him that I had a scheduled pickup that I was obviously late for and he was kind enough to go and retrieve them for me. He also gave me a free bouquet of flowers. I highly recommend this place.

I have been working with Norfolk Florist for years now and will go nowhere else. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to provide wonderful service. I am in the Navy and have placed orders from Japan and all over the world while underway. They ALWAYS deliver great results! This team of professionals is FANTASTIC !

Steve and the people at Norfolk Florist are amazing!! I called them with an hours notice asking for them to make an arrangement that was vibrant in color and full. My only request was sunflowers and WOW!!! This is the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen. There must be around 10 different types of flowers at least. So much color!!! I will most definitely recommend this place and will order from them again.

I have a florist in alabama. They placed a order with is on august ll for a snack bskt the person paid the florist but they never paid us we get the run a round they have not received mail for six weeks and also they pay their bills the end.of the month and they did not know if we were included I would never recommened. ANYONE TO THEM
OUR FLORIST DOES NOT DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT

Flowers were not delivered on Valentine's Day. They left a card on the door and sent me a delivery confirmation email. When I asked the recipient if she received the flowers, she said she called the number on the card twice and left messages with no return calls. I called and they said "We had a record number of orders that day. Would you like to re-schedule delivery?" When I told them again that they already sent me a delivery confirmation there was no concern at all.

Paid and additional $20 for delivery yet still didn't get them delivered.
When you call this place, realize you are not talking to the florist, you are talking to a headset in a call center that can provide zero real customer service and that's exactly the amount I got Goodbye $100 arrangement, expensive lesson to learn

On 11/9 I ordered 21 balloons for my daughters 21 birthday and I spoke to Sue. First i was nervous because i am a couple of hours away from my daughter since she is in college. On 11/11 the balloons were delivered and the arrangement was PERFECT !!!! SHE LOVED IT !!!! Thank you so much Sue for taking care of the order and reassured me that it will be perfect. Next time i need flowers or balloons in the Norfolk area I am definitely calling you !!! Again, Thanks Sue the balloons were PERFECT !!!!

I highly, highly recommend Norfolk Florist for any special event. I worked with Stacy Goodrich at the Baker Rd location in VA Beach, and she was nothing short of perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me a clear breakdown of pricing, and managed my expectations perfectly. Delivery was timely and efficient. I didn't have to babysit anyone. I wouldn't use anyone else for my special occasion floral arrangements.

No matter where I am or where I have to send flowers, I give Norfolk Florist a call! They are so professional. Although I have not resided in the Tidewater area for more than 20 years, I chose to rely on Norfolk Florist. They are the BEST ever! Always professional, always reliable, and always pleasant! Top notch. Please don't change.
