Lucille's did an excellent job with my wedding flowers! Everyone was commenting about how beautiful they were, and they lasted a long time. The prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated how helpful they were with picking things out, as I know very little about flowers.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral and they delivered them to the house. They would not correct their mistake and I had to order flowers from a different florist for the funeral. When I disputed it with my bank, they lied so they could keep the $78.00. Negative experience with this florist.

Extremely dissappointed. What I ordered online was NOT what was delivered. After receiving the confirmation, I called to confirm because it cost more than the confirmation/order I printed after paying. I was told it was fine and that was just the way they listed it. It was also implied that I wasn't purchasing a large enough basket for the funeral. I immediately emailed a photo of my choice and reiterated that it was the Deluxe choice. I did not hear back. Sadly when arriving at the wake, I saw it was NOT what I had chosen in SIZE or DESIGN. I chose it for specific meaning. I have purchased the same basket previously and I know what it was supposed to look like. Also, I did not choose the option of allowing them to substitute if necessary. I should have been given the chance to cancel.
