Doesn’t matter if it’s last minute or far in advance, Bud’s Bloomers is by far the best Flower shop in the Ohio Valley. Doesn’t matter what you need they will make it happen. Super friendly and professional staff and top notch flowers.

Absolutely amazing. I was a resident of St. Clairsville growing up and my family had always used various florists. From when I was a child until now Bud's Bloomers has always exceeded my expectations. Especially today. Lisa is not only professional, but also helpful. She showed compassion and understanding. I needed an arrangement sent the same day and she had my order at the recipient's three hours later. I cannot thank her enough for all her help. I highly recommend Bud's Bloomers.

The lady there at Buds was incredible. She listened to what I was requesting for an arrangement for a special friend of mine's funeral. She didn't have what I wanted added in with the basket of flowers but said she had until Monday to get them. She exceeded my expectations. My friends family said that was their favorite arrangement. I am so grateful and appreciative of her efforts and how it turned out. Other baskets from Buds looked great there also!! Good Job!!

Ordering flowers for a funeral, over the phone and being out of town, I wasn't sure what to expect but when I saw the beautiful job that Bud's Bloomers did, I was so glad I called them. The arrangements were exactly as I hoped they would be! Their customer service was wonderful, they didn't pressure me to spend more money than I wanted and they were very helpful.
