This review is for SILVANA in the women's shoe department. She was so great in helping locate a pair of boots for me. When she couldn't find it, she ordered it, and then even called me personally after she found the shoe in the store. She cancelled my order, saved the shoes for me and made the process so easy! When I saw the boots were on sale elsewhere, I made sure to contact her to see if they would do a price adjustment since she deserved the sale/credit. She was happy to accommodate and I was happy to give my money to Nordstrom rather than the other boutique! This woman is the definition of customer service! I truly hope her management sees this review and gives her a raise!
