  Rachel, the assistant manager in the beauty department at the Wellington mall is a customer service genius, simply amazing!! I started to have a really bad experience 2 hours before my Christmas party with her department but she was just not having it on her watch. She turned my upsetting situation into an amazing experience and I cannot thank her enough.
  Thank you Nordstrom for hiring Rachel. She is definitely a keeper and an asset to your company. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to Nordstrom beauty department 🍾🍻🙏🏻

  Good customer service from young gentleman, Alex, working on mannequins. There were no sales associates to be found on a Monday and he assisted me. Overall clean store, good customer service.

  0 stars if I could. I've been a customer for years and I've never had a good experience at this Nordstrom. The makeup employees especially the MAC workers are beyond rude and no help at all. I went in to purchase makeup but not only did she have a nasty attitude she simply looked at me, walked away and continued gossiping to 4 other employees. On a rainy day like today with no customers you'd think they'd be a little helpful. I went to sephora and was helped within seconds and on my way. Avoid this place.

  I was here 3 times within one month and each time it was eerily empty of customers or even staff. One woman asked if she could help me, so i said "yes, do you have the brand nic + zoe?" she said she didnt know and i should just walk around and look for it seriously? with the amount of $$$ i'm willing to drop looking for a specific brand in mind, youd think youd care to find out HOW you can help me
  
  I found the brand, checked it out, but decided to purchase from Tommy Bahama across the mall courtyard instead

  I love the store and the superb clothing, however their hours open are lackluster, to say it in a nice way.
  I am a very busy businessman and I need enough hours to fit my time constraints.
  open only 6 hours on Sunday, and 7 hours during the week, usually does not fit into my busy schedule.
  In my opinion, this time reduction does not bode well for how well the company is doing. If they need to cut their hours.Why?

  Nordstrom is always great. Got our kids shoes for Christmas. They were well staffed so we were in and out. It was perfect.
