  THANK YOU KERINE!!! You are the best Nordstrom Rack customer service rep in the US! I called the Promenade store from Texas in search of a Free People shoe. My store rep gave me several phone numbers and I picked the FL store. Kerine stuck with me from start to finish. Her patience was more than I could ask. She had to find the shoe, ask manager for approval to ship and then ring up my sale. I'd end up back to the operator - for hold - and Kerine picked back up each time - through each step. I LOVE THESE SHOES. I will think of your customer service whenever I wear them. Also, you did a fantastic job of describing the shoe as I needed to know they were not off color - mismatched like the pair in my store here. I bought them too - just in case! :) But you came through! Again - you're a gem. Thank you so much!

  The worst customer service ever, was treated like I didn't belong in the store. I realized its not Nordstrom Rack the store that's bad, its the employees they hire. Therefore I have no choice but to try and understand the ignorance.

  The customer service in the women's department was very rude. He couldn't wait to get off the phone with me. He didn't even bother telling me his name. He was all around just rude.

  I think the staff do act by how they 'think' they act but to me, the staff is generaly friendly and everything else seems to be good

  Men's shoe section has a wide selection in style and sizes. Bargains can be found. Friendly staff.
  Ample outside parking. Good location.
