Parking, ticket purchase, arrival time and train conditions were all in good standing this trip (on a Sunday at 1:56PM in December). It was my first time using the Tri Rail and I am so happy I did experience it. I got to ride down to Miami in peace versus driving down I-95.

It's pretty sad when you go into a restroom at a public facility in a major city in America and there is not even a soap dispeser on the wall, or other means of soap to wash your hands. I was surprised to find there was running water though, but no paper towel or hand dryer. But, they did go out of their way to tape cardboard over the trash receptacle so if you were to throw something out, it was obvious you weren't supposed to! Thank you, Amtrak/Tri Rail. Hopefully, Brightline will treat their patrons with more respect. When I called to enlighten them on the situation, I was placed on hold for so long, I hung up in disgust regarding public relations. I guess basic services just aren't important to some corporations any longer.

Needs more signs so people would know how to cross the tracks from 1 to 2, after shuttle drop off.

Fast and convenient. Clean and close to the highways, just off I95 south bound (you can see it from the platform.) I595

Pretty busy station. No public restrooms available outside the Amtrak office, which closes at 6pm.

The northbound train is supposed to get there at 747 but it comes at 746 and leaves as soon as the train hits 747 not fair to customers

Pretty average Tri-Rail station, though definitely one of the busier locations. Free WiFi here. Plus there are restrooms located here inside the amtrak building on site.
