I brought a suit to be tailored for a future job interview I had. Throughout the whole experience, the staff was unfriendly. I felt like I was inconveniencing them any time I sought them out. When I finally was helped on my initial visit, I was told because I didn't purchase the suit from Nordstrom, there was a 50% upcharge on my alterations( which the staff was very upfront about and I was fine with). They took my measurements and told me to come back the following Saturday after 12pm to pick up my suit. Fastforward to that following Saturday at 130pm, staff told me "They were just starting on my suit alterations now, and they would be done in about 2 hours". Like I said, the staff seemed irritated that I was seeking their assistance. If you are looking for a punctual and reasonably priced tailor, I would definitely not recommend Nordstrom. The cost of alterations (even without the upcharge) compared to the customer service and timeliness received is not worth the price or time. In the future, I will definitely be going to a small, locally owned tailor where I will get reasonable customer service and who will actually have the suit done when they say they will ( probably going to save $$$ too)

Good food but usually pretty slow service even when it doesn't seem that busy. Food is consistent. I love the nicoise salad. Reasonable prices, usually staff is friendly. We come bank for the salad.

Terrible customer service. Waited and watched an assistant manager juggle a customer on the phone and me while two employees bullshitted around. RIGHT NEXT TO US. She even asked one of them to tend to me and the ignored her. Smh. Got a gift card- will do my shopping either online or somewhere else

Mall is spacious and bright. Lots of nice stores including Nordstrom's. Good place to eat.

Nordstrom has the best shoe shine, best days to go there is Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 7pm, they have a great shoe shine person, and he welcomes drop offs !

I love this Nordstrom storecustomer service is courteous and usually on point, the store is clean, has a good variety of items, and easy to navigate around. Sometimes, it is a little bit of a challenge to find someone to help out in departments like beauty/cosmetics/accessories and juniors shoes. You can never go wrong at Nordstrom because no matter your concern, they have the quality professionalism to address it and learn about what they can do to make your next shopping experience better.

Wowed by their service last time I went and thus come here to give them the credits they deserve.

My wife took 7 boxes of stuff she ordered online back there for returned. Received attention immediately, got helped moving the boxes, staff she got help from was so patient and careful in going thru all the steps, asked in detailed what she wanted to do (as she was trying to reorder and change sizes and stuff), and then proceed carefully, also explained some of the things to pay attention to, like some defects make still happen because of the amount of things they have in the inventory and its understandable how hard it is to keep track especially during high seasons. But overall just here to comment about their excellent service they have been trying to demonstrate and it's felt!

I have been harassed for my sexual orientation by employees at this store. As I recall, they were two black girls. But, you get 2 stars for the barista at the café. He is white and bald. I don't know his name. He made whip cream for me near closing, when most would just tell me they were out.
